Q: What does single, double, triple and quad mean?
A: All prices are per person, based on the number of travelers sharing a room. Single would refer to one person in a room where as a quad refers to four people sharing the room. You select your room type(s) and the quantity of rooms you will need for your party and we will calculate your cost.

Q: How can I pay for my trip?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You may email us at sales@oleole.com to arrange payment by certified check or bank wire transfer.

Q: Do you have a rate for children?
A: No, because every person requires a ticket to enter an event, children are the same price as adults.

Q: When do I get my travel documents and game tickets?
A: Nothing will be mailed to you. At the time of booking you will receive an email confirmation containing important trip details. This email will outline where you pick up your tickets and when to meet at the hotel. An detailed itinerary will be available on our website 2 weeks prior to the event.

Q: Can I purchase a package without tickets?
A: Some of our packages are set up to deduct the cost of the ticket, and some are not. It depends on the event.

Q: Can I upgrade my tickets and extend my stay?
A: Of course! We offer ticket upgrades for all of our packages. And you can extend your stay with most packages.

Q: How do I know where a certain section of seating is located?
A: There is a seating chart available on the page with the package description.

Q: Where can I find your phone number?
A: Due to our global presence, the best way to reach us is by email, sales@globaleventforum.com. You are guaranteed a response within 12 hours.

Q: Can I cancel anytime?
A: We do not accept cancellations. However we do offer travel protection insurance.
