Facts about booking a travel package online from Global Event Forum:
- All travel packages must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
- You may use a credit card to book online or over the phone.
- You may pay by bank wire transfer by emailing email@example.com to place your order.
- Packages can be purchased online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- You must acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions of purchase.
How to book online:
Step 1. Select the package you are interested in purchasing.
Step 2. Select how many hotel rooms you will need based on room occupancy (number of persons staying in the room(s). You may also purchase ticket upgrades, extra hotel nights, and additional package options, if available. If you have a special room request (smoking or non-smoking for example), this can be noted here as well but keep in mind all requests are subject to availability and determined by the hotel at time of check-in
Step 3. Review your selection then click “Proceed to Checkout”.
Step 4. Set up your customer account. With this account you can track your order and login to make future purchases. If this is your first time purchasing on globaleventforum.com, please set up your new customer account. If you are a returning customer please enter your email and password and click “Sign In”.
Step 5. You must provide your personal contact info and that of your guest(s) for compliance purposes. This includes all guest names and passport information. If unavailable at the time of booking, you may enter TBD and come back to the website to update this information once you have it.
Step 6. The last step in the booking process is to enter your payment information. You may use up to 4 credit cards per booking. Please enter the credit card number, expiration date, CVV (security code) and correct billing address. This is the address where your credit card bill gets sent to. There is a box that allows you to enter any special requests or comments that you want Global Event Forum to know about. Please read and accept the terms and conditions, then click “Complete Order”.
At this time your credit card will be charged and a confirmation screen will appear. This new screen will have your package confirmation number (reservation number) on it. You will also simultaneously receive an email confirmation to the email address you supplied when you set up your account. This email will confirm your order and include some additional package information and must be presented when picking up your game tickets.
At this point there are no refunds or cancellations, all sales are final. If you have any further questions or comments, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: What does single, double, triple and quad mean?
A: All prices are per person, based on the number of travelers sharing a room. Single would refer to one person in a room where as a quad refers to four people sharing the room. You select your room type(s) and the quantity of rooms you will need for your party and we will calculate your cost.
Q: How can I pay for my trip?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and JCB. You may email us at email@example.com to arrange payment by certified check or bank wire transfer.
Q: Do you have a rate for children?
A: No, because every person requires a ticket to enter an event, children are the same price as adults.
Q: When do I get my travel documents and game tickets?
A: In addition to the email confirmation at the time of purchase, you will receive an event update email approximately two weeks prior to the event, outlining your itinerary and pick up/delivery instructions along with our local event office location and contact info.
Q: Can I purchase a package without tickets?
A: Some of our packages are set up to deduct the cost of the ticket, and some are not. It depends on the event.
Q: Can I cancel anytime?
A: We do not accept cancellations.
